Our international client is seeking an experienced Inbound/Outbound Operations Associate to join their team for 9 months.
Key Responsibilities- 1. Assist in loading and unloading vans with pallets and boxes
- 3. Outbound stock back to fulfilment centres into the systems once the product has been imaged
- 4. Palletising stock to and from fulfilment centres
- 5. Unboxing and preparation of products for shooting
- 6. Repacking items after production to get them sent back to fulfilment centres
- 7. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols
- 8. Maintain an organised and clean working area, ensuring the studio spaces are clean, tidy, and ready for use at all times.
- 9. Assist with basic troubleshooting of product issues
- 10. Document any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items
- 11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- 12. Provide administrative support for the studio operations team as required.
- 1. Experience in a studio inbound, outbound, prepping, repacking or production house environment
- 2. Familiarity with inventory management systems
- 3. Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word
- 1. Ability to stand, walk, and move equipment for extended periods
- 2. Lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 20kg) frequently
- 3. Bend, kneel, and reach to access and organise equipment
