Title: Flight Planning Administrator
Reports to: IT Sytems Manager
Based at: London Gatwick
Shifts: Thursday to Monday (Rest days Tuesday and Wednesday)
Timings:7.00am to 15.30, working weekends
Salary: £30843.00
Rolesand Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with key client personnel.

Co-ordinate with all operational stakeholders, in particular the kitchen staff to ensure outbound trolleys areon schedule.

Accurately entering flightinformation.

Print Flight labels, check sheetsand various security paperwork.

Monitor and update systems with scheduled flight vs actual operating flights, to include aircraft types, flightmenus and departure times.

Action any flight changes promptly and communicate to all relevant depts.

Ensure departments acknowledgerequest, and appropriate action is taken by relevant departments.

Logs changes on a tracker spreadsheet.

Print special meal labels and special meal reports.

Printforecast pax figures reports at each Air vision query period.

Draft,format, and print relevant documents.

Printsecurity paperwork.

Adhereto Unit safety measures in place.

Adhereto inflight services security compliance.

Adhereto clean as you go standard.

Comply with all unit Corporate, Social, Responsibility initiatives

Ensureyou are aware and comply with QHSE policies and procedures.

Ensureyou understand Newrest Non-negotiables and adhere to these at all times.

Interact with, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all times.
