Freelance Project Manager; Temporary

Position: Freelance Project Manager (Temporary)
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to deliver fast-track retail strip-out projects predominantly in London, but also across the UK. The role is site-based and requires strong leadership, retail framework knowledge, and the ability to work to compressed programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage retail strip-out projects from mobilisation to completion

* Deliver works to tight schedules, often in live retail environments

* Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

* Manage programme, costs, H&S, and site logistics

* Liaise with landlords, centre management, and local authorities

* Provide clear site reporting and progress updates

Experience

Required:

* Proven PM experience on retail strip-out / dilapidation works

* Strong understanding of UK retail frameworks and landlord requirements

* Track record delivering projects on fast-track programmes

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

Qualifications:

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First Aid
