Collections Team Lead Collections Team Lead – B2C  | Global Consultancy Group  | London | Hybrid Working  Are you a high-performing collections leader ready to take the next step in your career?  We're partnering with a global educational management company that’s on a mission to transform lives through learning, and they’re looking for a Collections Team Lead to take full ownership of their UK B2C collections function.

This is a standout opportunity to lead from the front, drive strategic change, and make a real impact in a purpose-led organisation. What You’ll Be Doing   Lead & Inspire:
Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 experienced collections professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.  Drive Strategy:
Own and evolve the B2C collections strategy, aligning with wider financial goals and business growth.  Maximise Recovery:
Take charge of cash collection targets, implementing initiatives to improve recovery rates and reduce aged debt.  Analyse & Report:
Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders.  Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure a seamless and compliant collections process. ⚙️ Optimise Processes:
Lead continuous improvement projects, leveraging automation and technology to streamline workflows. ✅ Ensure Compliance:
Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure all collections activity meets internal and external standards.  Be the Expert:
Act as the go-to authority on B2C collections, bringing deep technical knowledge and commercial acumen. What We’re Looking For  ✅ Proven experience managing a B2C collections or credit control team (2 years, 2–3 direct reports).  Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a track record of delivering results.  Strong analytical skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.  Deep understanding of collections systems, processes, and compliance.
