Role overview
Pricing Design & Build CAT A + B office fit-out projects, typically valued up to £5m+
Working closely with the in-house design team to develop tenders that accurately reflect the client’s brief
Playing a key role in competitive client pitches, alongside the Project Director and Design Director, helping bring each project to life You’ll work closely with one of the industry’s most respected Pre-Con Directors, known for developing high-performing Pre-Con Managers through hands-on mentoring and exposure to flagship projects.
