We are seeking an experienced School Premises Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth running, safety, and maintenance of our school site. This is a full-time role requiring strong practical skills and a proactive approach to facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management of the school premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across the site.
Manage contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Respond promptly to any site-related issues and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records and schedules for servicing and statutory checks.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a school or educational setting.
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Strong practical skills in maintenance, repairs, and general site management.
Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
