reightserve are looking to recruit a Cargo Reservations Manager for a Heathrow Airline GSA.
Job Description:
- The successful candidate will manage and oversee the department. Will be manging a team of 5 - 7 Reservations Agents.
Daily Duties:
- * Manage department
* Oversee a team of 5 - 7 reservations agents
* Assist with bookings, flight capacity and monitoring of shipments
* Deal with all escalated calls / e-mails
* Maintaining Airline relationships that have been built over the years
* Liaising with Airlines, Handling Agents, Freight Forwarders and Overseas offices
* Monitor department and staff performance
Required Experience:
- * Experience with in Airline Cargo reservations
* Management experience
* Knowledge of all Cargo processes
Working hours are Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
