We’re on the lookout for a passionate, commercially minded, and people-focused General Manager

As a business, Red Cat are operating well and there’s lots of positive news out there about us at the moment. We aim to grow to over 65 sites in the next five years, across Red Cat Independent Pubs and our sister company, Coaching Inns.

The job in a nutshell

• Take full accountability for day-to-day operations of the pub and restaurant
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing front and back-of-house team
• Deliver consistently outstanding service, food, and drink quality
• Drive revenue through events, promotions, and exceptional hospitality
• Oversee stock control, staffing, budgets, and compliance
• Build strong local relationships and maintain a loyal customer base

• Proven experience as a General Manager
• A confident leader with a hands-on approach and great communication skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to maximise sales and control costs
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Experience managing food-led pubs or restaurants
• Sound knowledge of licensing, health & safety, and operational compliance
