Assistant Facilities Manager

As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you'll take responsibility for a small portfolio of four sites
, ensuring they are safe, well‑maintained, and delivering a great experience for occupiers. You'll work closely with - and report directly into - an experienced Facilities Manager who is committed to mentoring and supporting you as you progress.

• Day‑to‑day management of soft and hard FM services across the sites
• Building strong relationships with occupiers and suppliers
• Supporting with compliance, H&S, and ensuring statutory requirements are met
• Assisting with service charge budgets and procurement
• Helping drive service excellence across the portfolio

• Experience in Facilities Management (assistant‑level or similar)
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to learn and develop under a supportive FM
• A team player who enjoys variety across multiple buildings
