Farm Manager

Oversees daily operations, crop planning, and management of fa rmpersonnel. Responsible for budgeting, equipment maintenance, and ensuring overall farm efficiency.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Farm Manager to leadand oversee all aspects of our agricultural operations. Theideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of farm management, a strong background in crop production, and the ability to implement sustainable and efficient farming practices. The Farm Manager will play a key role in planning,organizing, and directing the activities of the farm to ensure productivity, profitability, and environmental stewardship.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for crop production,considering factors such as crop rotation, soil health, andmarket demand.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define long‑term goals and objectives for the farm.
• Oversee all aspects of crop production, including planting,cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting.
• Monitor and manage pest and disease control measures, adhering to organic or sustainable farming practices.
• Prepare and manage the farm budget, ensuring cost‑effective operations and resource allocation.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities forcost savings and revenue generation.
• Lead and manage a team of farm workers, providing training,guidance, and support.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow and goal attainment.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of farm equipment,including tractors, plows, and harvesters.
• Manage the procurement of necessary resources such as seeds,fertilizers, and other inputs.

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
• Proven experience in farm management, with a focus on sustainable and/or organic farming.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of crop management, pest control, and irrigation practices.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
