Social Care Consultant - Public Sector

An award-winning boutique management consultancy specialising in regeneration and transformation partners with UK councils to deliver impactful change across communities, with a focus on planning, digital, social care, and organisational reform. They are looking for exceptional Consultants and Senior Consultants with strong Social Care & SEND experience in public sector setting.

The consultancy has been appointed as the transformation partner for a large local authority. Following the successful completion of the first phase, they are now in the delivery phase of major transformation programme. The work spans across multiple pillars, including:
Adult Social Care, Children's Services, Workforce, EIP, Digital, and Place.

• Support delivery of transformation projects across multiple work streams
• Run discovery workshops and engage with internal stakeholders
• Manage timelines, reporting, and risk logs
• Develop business cases, training materials, and presentation decks
• Contribute to organisational change and service improvement initiatives

• 3+ years' Consulting experience
• Demonstrable experience in Social Care, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within local authority programmes
• Proven public sector transformation experience
