Join PwC UK as a Director, Insurance (Guidewire), Consulting. This senior role oversees complex multi‑year programmes implementing Guidewire Core platforms across the insurance sector, with a focus on Guidewire Cloud.

The Director will lead programme portfolios, using deep expertise in Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center to deliver essential projects and drive client success.

• Proactively engage with team members and clients
• Mentor and lead team members
• Communicate client needs and potential conflicts clearly
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and administration
• Lead work streams for successful engagement completion
• Collaborate with business development on proposals
• Present to senior executives and build strong client relationships

• You have expertise in IT strategy and transformation for the insurance sector, specifically Guidewire
• You possess a strong background in financial services and insurance industries
• You excel at understanding and addressing client needs
• You can communicate effectively and build lasting relationships
• You can manage priorities and successfully lead projects
• You demonstrate leadership in direct consulting and project management
• Guidewire, Scrum Master or similar certifications are beneficial
