Contracts Manager

I’m currently working with a well-established RC Frame & Groundworks subcontractor with an annual turnover of circa £35m, delivering complex packages on major projects typically valued up to £10m.

Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to take full operational ownership of multiple projects, reporting directly at Director level.

The Role This is a senior operational position where you will:

* Take the lead on the delivery of RC frame and groundworks packages across several live projects

* Manage and support Project Managers and Site Teams, driving performance, programme and quality

* Oversee commercial and contractual performance in conjunction with the commercial team

* Lead on client relationships, progress meetings and issue resolution

* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to budget

* Act as a key link between site operations and the senior leadership team

The Ideal Candidate

You will be:

* An experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in RC Frames and/or Groundworks

* Comfortable managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously

* Used to working on packages and projects up to £10m

* Commercially and contractually aware, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

* Confident operating at senior level and reporting directly into Directors
