• Responsible for optimal management of International multi-channel freight & logistics. Accountable for OTIF delivery from source through end consumer.
• Full operational control for both in-house & 3PL warehousing & distribution function.
• Primary function of role is to provide operational account for all Logistics, Warehousing, Stock Control and Distribution & Fulfilment activities in alignment with commercial strategy.
• Focus on servicing demanding multi-channel consumer base while optimising cost.
• Management of Domestic & International Shipping & Logistics services
• Management of company-wide 3P freight & courier contracts.
• Rationalisation of Modes, Routes & Rates for supply-chain & wider business
• Management of International import/export compliance.
• Management of Import Duty liabilities, both in UK and international markets.

• Responsible for in-house Warehouse operations
• Management of external Warehousing & Distribution partnerships
• Manage resource & infrastructure in support of company ambition.
• Management of Return to Vendor process.

• Management of company-wide stock control & inventory reporting.
• Responsible for all stock entering & exiting the business.
• Responsible for ERP system updates & reporting.
• Responsible for the physical security of stock & auditing.

• Management of International distribution & fulfilment function in line with S&O critical path.
• Servicing wholesale accounts, concessions, retail store network, and e-fulfilment
• Manage vendor compliance partnerships
• Support Production Teams in distribution of raw materials fro supply base.
• Support PR & Sales departments in distribution of Sample Ranges
