Job Description & How to Apply Below
About the Role
This is a newly created and business-critical role, offering the right person the opportunity to take ownership of fire door installation programs across multiple sites. Our projects focus on renovations and building improvements rather than new-build construction, so applicants must bring strong on-site experience, safety awareness, and practical problem-solving skills.
The Agile Program Manager will oversee all aspects of fire door projects, from planning and resourcing through to site delivery and compliance. You’ll be accountable for ensuring high-quality installations, effective team management, and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Site Management
* Lead, plan, and deliver multiple concurrent fire door installation projects across diverse sites.
* Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required compliance standards.
* Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Work closely with senior management to support customer requirements and project scope.
* Coordinate with Compliance Officers to ensure installations meet certification standards.
Team Supervision & Resources
* Lead, motivate, and support site-based installation teams.
* Oversee scheduling, resourcing, and allocation of tools, vehicles, and materials.
* Provide leadership and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence.
Health, Safety & Compliance
* Uphold strict Health & Safety practices and site discipline.
* Ensure compliance records and on-site documentation are accurate and completed on time.
* Proactively manage risks, incidents, and non-compliances.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Provide clear, professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Deliver accurate project updates and reports to senior management.
About You
* Experienced in managing multi-site construction/renovation projects (fire door/installation experience advantageous).
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety and CDM requirements.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
* A natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence.
* Proficient in using digital tools and project management systems.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven track record of program/project management in a construction, building services, or similar environment.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Why Join Us?
* Opportunity to make a real impact in life-saving safety compliance.
* Competitive salary package.
* Company vehicle and equipment provided.
* Collaborative, supportive culture with room for career progression
