Interim Fire Safety Project Manager

Location: North London

We are seeking an experienced Interim Fire Safety Project Manager to oversee and manage fire safety compliance and improvement projects within the not-for-profit sector. This temporary role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in property and fire safety management.

Description

As the Interim Fire Safety Project Manager, you will:

Manage fire safety improvement projects across multiple properties in compliance with regulations.
Conduct fire risk assessments and implement necessary actions to address findings.
Ensure all fire safety systems and equipment are maintained and compliant with current standards.
Collaborate with external contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Provide expert advice on fire safety matters to the organisation.
Monitor and review fire safety policies and procedures to ensure continued compliance.
Support the team in promoting a culture of safety and compliance across the organisation.
Work with cladding remediation programmes.
Support the Director and Fire / Health & Safety teams. Profile

A successful Interim Fire Safety Project Manager should have:

Proven experience in fire safety management, preferably within the property or not-for-profit sector.
Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and compliance requirements.
Experience in managing fire safety projects and liaising with external contractors.
Ability to produce clear and concise reports and documentation.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Relevant fire safety qualifications or certifications.
Needs to be in North London every week.
