Our client is a highly respected international advisory group with a long-standing presence serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families across multiple jurisdictions. As part of a strategic growth phase, they are seeking to appoint a Group Head of Family Office to lead, develop and scale their global family office proposition.
This is a senior leadership role combining strategic oversight, client advisory excellence, and commercial development, with a mandate to deepen relationships with existing families while expanding the UHNW and HNW client base internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the group’s family office offering across jurisdictions
- Act as a trusted adviser to UHNW and HNW families on complex, multi-generational matters including governance, succession, structuring, and wealth preservation
- Leverage an established personal network to originate new family office and advisory mandates
- Develop and execute a clear growth strategy, including cross-selling of services across the wider group
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to broaden and deepen service lines
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, fiduciary, investment, tax, corporate and private client advisory) to deliver integrated solutions
- Represent the firm externally with clients, intermediaries, and strategic partners
- Mentor and develop senior advisers and family office professionals within the group
- Extensive experience within family office advisory, private wealth, or multi-family office environments
- Proven track record advising UHNW and HNW clients, including complex international family structures
- A well-established and credible personal network of wealthy families and key intermediaries
- Demonstrated ability to originate new business and cross-sell services within an advisory or professional services platform
- Strong commercial acumen combined with gravitas and discretion at board and family principal level
- Deep understanding of governance, succession planning, structuring, and cross-border wealth considerations
- International mindset with experience operating across multiple jurisdictions
- Credible leader with the ability to influence, inspire and build high-performing teams
