We are looking for a Facilities Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Facilities Manager, will be responsible for:

* Lead and oversee the operational management of facilities, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning

* Coordinate maintenance, repairs and service programs to maintain high operational standards

* Manage, mentor and support a team of technicians and contractors to achieve departmental objectives

* Develop and implement operational procedures and improvement initiatives

* Monitor performance metrics, budgets and resource allocation to optimise service delivery

* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and regulatory requirements across all operations

* Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders

* Identify potential operational challenges and implement proactive solutions
To be successful for this Facilities Manager role you must have:

* Demonstratable experience in facilities management, building services or operational leadership

* Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams

* Knowledge of compliance standards, health and safety regulations

* Ability to manage budgets, procurement and vendor relationships effectively

* Clear communication skills and experience engaging with diverse stakeholders
