This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working pattern. The role sits within a multidisciplinary building consultancy and involves full ownership of small to medium-sized projects, with direct client-facing responsibility throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Manage projects from inception to completion across all relevant RIBA stages

* Take full responsibility for programme, budget and quality control

* Act as primary client interface and provide clear reporting on risk, cost and programme

* Coordinate consultants, contractors and third-party stakeholders

* Ensure statutory compliance and appropriate contract administration

✅ Requirements

* years’ Project Management experience within the built environment

* Proven track record delivering projects with full responsibility for outcomes

* Strong understanding of statutory compliance and contract administration

* Confident client-facing communicator with commercial awareness

* Ability to manage multiple instructions concurrently

💰 Package

* £48,000 - £60,000 basic salary
