Director of Operations

Director of UK Operations | UK-Based SaaS Company

Location: London (Hybrid)

Reporting to: US-based CEO

We are working with a well-established US-headquartered software company with a strong presence across aerospace, defence, government, and enterprise markets.

They are seeking a Senior Vice President of International Operations to lead their UK business and coordinate overseas operations.

This is a rare opportunity to step into an established team and take ownership of a profitable, growing business unit serving some of the world’s largest organisations.

You will be responsible for:

• UK Operations:
  Full leadership of sales, delivery, finance, and product teams
• Multi-Country Coordination:
  Working closely with overseas operations
• Strategic Customer Relationships:
  Maintaining senior-level relationships with key enterprise clients
• Operational Excellence:
  Driving efficiency, margin improvement, and scalable processes
• Executive Leadership:
  Reporting to US senior leadership and acting as the UK business unit leader

• Aerospace and Defence Manager
• Director of Professional Services

• 10+ years’ experience in software or SaaS operations leadership
• Proven track record running business units with full P&L ownership
• Experience managing multi-functional teams including sales, product, delivery, and finance
• International or multi-site coordination experience
• Experience working for US-headquartered companies with UK subsidiaries
• Strong commercial acumen and executive presence
