Director of UK Operations | UK-Based SaaS Company
Location: London (Hybrid)
Reporting to: US-based CEO
About the OpportunityWe are working with a well-established US-headquartered software company with a strong presence across aerospace, defence, government, and enterprise markets.
They are seeking a Senior Vice President of International Operations to lead their UK business and coordinate overseas operations.
This is a rare opportunity to step into an established team and take ownership of a profitable, growing business unit serving some of the world’s largest organisations.
The RoleYou will be responsible for:
- UK Operations:
Full leadership of sales, delivery, finance, and product teams - Multi-Country Coordination:
Working closely with overseas operations - Strategic Customer Relationships:
Maintaining senior-level relationships with key enterprise clients - Operational Excellence:
Driving efficiency, margin improvement, and scalable processes - Executive Leadership:
Reporting to US senior leadership and acting as the UK business unit leader
- Aerospace and Defence Manager
- Director of Professional Services
- 10+ years’ experience in software or SaaS operations leadership
- Proven track record running business units with full P&L ownership
- Experience managing multi-functional teams including sales, product, delivery, and finance
- International or multi-site coordination experience
- Experience working for US-headquartered companies with UK subsidiaries
- Strong commercial acumen and executive presence
- Leadership of an established, profitable business unit
- International scope and exposure
- Enterprise clients across aerospace, defence, government, and commercial sectors
- Supportive US parent company with a strong market position
- Opportunity to shape UK growth strategy while maintaining operational excellence
