Facilities Manager – Build to Rent (Central London)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the team and ongoing success of a brand new luxury Build to Rent development in Central London.
Our client is a leading and rapidly growing player within the BTR sector, with an impressive pipeline of high‑quality assets due to come online over the next few years. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a flagship scheme and play a key part in shaping resident experience, operational excellence, and team culture from day one.
Key responsibilities:- Mobilisation of suppliers, and set up of FM and Maintenance process
- Budget ownership and financial performance management
- Ensuring compliance across all regulatory
- Overseeing health & safety standards and best practice
- Overseeing rectification works during the defects period
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Build to Rent sector at management level
- Proven experience delivering FM services within the residential sector
- Strong understanding of compliance and health & safety requirements
- Strong working knowledge of maintenance and hard FM services
- Confident team leader with the ability to drive performance and engagement
- Salary ranging from £60,000 - £70,000
