As the Commercial and Strategy Director you'll play a central role in reshaping the Revenue function during an exciting period of transformation. You’ll lead the development of customer, product and network strategies, and build the structures and rhythms that keep the entire function aligned, informed and delivering h a broad remit across a complex organisation, you’ll bring clarity, coordination and focus to our growth agenda.
As a key member of the Revenue Leadership Team, you’ll act as a unifying force across products and channels, supporting the Chief Revenue Officer as a trusted advisor and strategic thought leader. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, the Executive Committee, the Board and external stakeholders representing the Revenue function, building buy‑in and aligning the wider business behind ambitious plans for the future.

To be successful in this role, you will bring significant strategic experience either in consultancy or in-house strategy roles, you will have a strong track record leading strategy development in fast paced consumer environments and navigating complex operational and financial analysis.
- Skilled at interpreting trading insights, business planning, and performance monitoring, with experience across direct‑to‑consumer, retail, and digital channels.
- Proven experience supporting organisations through major change, with the ability to unite teams, drive delivery, and manage cross‑functional dependencies.
- Confident working across complex stakeholder landscapes, including senior and Board‑level audiences, with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Able to inspire, develop, and lead diverse teams, setting high standards and fostering collaboration.
- Visionary, decisive, innovative, an exceptional communicator, and resilient in fast‑changing environments.
