Position OverviewThe Director of Change & Transformation (CTF) is responsible for establishing and leading Fourth’s enterprise-wide Change & Transformation Function. While the immediate priority is the execution of Fourth’s organisational restructure, this role is explicitly accountable for building a permanent, scalable change capability that will own and manage a long-term transformation and change portfolio across the organisation.
This role ensures Fourth transitions into an AI-native, GM-led, adoption-first operating model. The Director of CTF drives governance, alignment, change readiness, leadership enablement, and disciplined execution across all transformation work streams.

Primary Responsibilities10–15+ years leading enterprise transformation and change
Experience working directly with C-suite leaders
Prior leadership of a centralised change or transformation office
Strong organisational design and operating model capability
SaaS, AI, or technology-led transformation experience preferred
Consulting background (Bain/BCG/McKinsey-style) advantageous
