Electrical Manager
Location: West London
Hourly Pay: £35.95throughanumbrellacompany
Hours: 37.5perweek
The RoleWeareseekingan Electrical Managertojoinan Estate sand Facilities Managementteam ,ensuringpremisesaresafeandcompliantforpatients,staff,and visitors.
Youwillleadonoperationalmanagementofengineeringinfrastructureandmaintenanceteams,supporting the
Deputy Headof Estatesanddrivingforwardthe FMTransformation
Programme.
- Overseeing
HardFMservicesacross
Trustsites. - Managingelectricalsystems(LV/HV),watersafety,ventilation,medicalgases,lifts,pressure systems,andasbestos.
- Leadingcompliancewithstatutoryrequirements,HTM/HBNguidance,andbestpractice.
- Drivingsustainability,energy efficiency,andbacklogmaintenancereduction.
- Providingexpertadviceoncomplexestatesmattersandsupportingstrategicplanning.
- Fulllinemanagementresponsibilityforestatesteams.
- Extensiveexperienceinestatesoperationswithinhealthcare.
- Degreein Electricalor Mechanical Engineering (orequivalentexperience).
- Professionalengineeringqualification(e.g.,IET,CIBSE,IHEEM).
- Strongknowledgeof
HTMs,HBNs,Health&Safety legislation,andCDMregulations. - Provenleadershipskillswithabilitytomanagemulti-disciplinary teams.
- Membershipofa Charteredprofessionalbody.
- Completion of Authorised Personcourses .
