Branch Manager

Overview

Looking for a career in Wholesale Store Management? We are currently looking for self starters who have a sound operational understanding of managing a store, are comfortable to make decisions whilst maintaining a compliant and safe operation.

Reporting to the Area Manager, your role will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that your branch is trading efficiently, safely, within legal constraints and offers the highest customer service standards. You will be dedicated to keeping customers happy, take pride in your work, have a proven record of managing a team to success, have an enthusiastic attitude and a driving ambition to be the best at whatever you do.

From day one you can expect to be trusted with real responsibility, working within a team of people that will give you the support to give our customers what they need, when they need it.

• Lead a team to ensure the branch trades efficiently, safely, within legal constraints and delivers the highest customer service standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on service delivery and compliance.
• Work with the Area Manager and team to support store performance and customer satisfaction.

• Retail/wholesale experience required, not necessarily from a food background.
• Familiar with operational procedures and able to demonstrate success; not afraid to get involved.
