Position: Renewals Team Lead — Drive Retention & Revenue Growth
Location: Greater London

A leading global celebration company is looking for a Team Leader for the UK Renewals Team to manage a high-performing telesales team. This role involves coaching team members, driving performance against retention and revenue targets, and nurturing client relationships across a portfolio of venue clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in sales management, strong telesales skills, and a leadership presence that fosters motivation and accountability.

This position is hybrid, requiring office attendance two days a week.
