We are currently seeking a Paid Social Associate Director to lead the team on the luxury watch brand.
This is an assignment on a global business which is centralized out of London. The role focuses on delivering market leading social strategy, innovation and brilliant client servicing. You will be responsible for overseeing all paid social activation and will be one of the main point of contact for the client, dealing directly with key stakeholders.
You will be leading a team consisting of one manager, one senior executive and one executive – enabling their growth and development. You will report into the Paid Social Business Director.
As an associate director, you will also be part of a leadership team where you will be expected to contribute with new ideas and new ways of working, driving forward our business as well as the client and team you specifically lead.
Responsibilities- Lead account strategy, planning, and best-in-class activation across multiple social channels and markets
- Build strong relationships with the clients and key internal stakeholders
- Provide strong leadership and build trust with both the internal team and the clients
- Manage and lead the team, be responsible for the output of the team, ensuring all deliverables meet a high standard and quality. Attention to detail is imperative to all planning and execution, as well as all client deliverables.
- Be responsible for team growth/development - through recruitment, appraisals, mentoring, coaching and developing junior team members
- Liaise with media owners to get the best value for the team
- Inform the roadmap for development of the client
- Provide solutions to client challenges and present these to clients in a concise manner
Who are we looking for?
This role is ideal for someone who has a proven record of leading global social accounts, has worked with a variety of different clients, can sell in ideas with confidence and drive innovation. We are looking for someone with a great record in managing teams and keeping team members engaged and motivated. The ideal candidate will be a Junior AD or a Senior AM with a solid background in Paid Social, ready to step up to the next challenge.
Passion for digital, an open mind and an ability to work well with people are a must.
Pre-requisites for the role are:
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads – incl. Business Manager functions
- Intermediate (or higher) knowledge of Tik Tok Ads Manager & Linked In Campaign Manager
- Strong Team manager that can develop and motivate individuals
- High attention to detail with acumen for numbers
- Strong communication and presentation skills, being confident in leading client comms with senior stakeholders
- Experience in planning, managing and activating multi-market social campaigns

- Experience in putting together high-level, insights-based social strategies
