Responsibilities

We’re looking for an Account Director with strong healthcare PR experience to lead high-profile client programmes, shape strategic communications, and drive excellence across our integrated health offering. You’ll play a key role in client leadership, team development, and business growth.

  • Leading multiple healthcare PR accounts and providing senior strategic counsel.
  • Developing integrated, multichannel communications programmes with measurable outcomes.
  • Managing, coaching, and motivating teams to deliver exceptional work.
  • Overseeing programme quality, delivery, and profitability.
  • Building strong relationships with media, industry experts, and senior client partners.
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities, including leading pitches.
  • Applying deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, the NHS, and the wider health landscape.
Qualifications
  • You’re an experienced Account Director in healthcare PR with proven success across communications campaigns.
  • You’re a confident leader with excellent people-management and communication skills.
  • You’re commercially minded and comfortable owning budgets and forecasts.
  • You can think strategically, stay calm under pressure, and anticipate client needs.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and love delivering impactful work.
