A dynamic asset management firm in Greater London is looking for an Asset Manager or Senior Asset Manager. Responsibilities include managing assets to meet business targets, implementing value-add initiatives, and preparing asset budgets. Ideal candidates will have retail property management experience and be degree qualified, preferably working towards or holding a RICS qualification. The remuneration is between £65,000 and £90,000, alongside benefits and a quarterly bonus.
