Asset Manager - Industrial and Logistics Specialist

Cobalt are delighted to be partnering with a market leading Pan European Investment and Development Real Estate company, on their search for an Asset Manager in the Industrial and Logistics sector.

You will manage a portfolio of multi-let industrial estates across the Midlands and South of England, driving value through proactive asset management strategies, lease events, refurbishments, tenant negotiations, and reporting.

What we’re looking for:

• MRICS qualification (preferred) with 3+ years PQE
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Experience with fund reporting, rent reviews, and lease renewals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• A motivated, detail-focused team player
• Experience in the Industrial and Logistics sector
• Valid UK driving license

Salary £65,000 - £80,000 + discretionary bonus.
