We are partnered with a high-growth Health Tech SaaS business who are hiring for a Senior Manager to lead their Strategic Key Account function. This is a pure leadership role, perfect for a commercially minded, people-first senior operator who knows how to build structure and create true customer value at scale.
Hybrid (2 days in office)
The OpportunityYou’ll take ownership of leading and developing the Strategic Key Account Management team. They are looking for someone who can bring commercial acumen, and a structured, value-led approach. This role suits someone who can refine processes and embed best-practice frameworks that drive measurable customer outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing Strategic Key Account Management team.
- Embedding commercial thinking throughout the function and maturing its approach to strategic accounts.
- Building and refining processes, frameworks, and ways of working across CSM and strategic account management.
- Developing and owning Customer Journey Mapping to create a consistent, proactive customer experience.
- Supporting a true land‑and‑expand model. Identifying expansion, cross‑sell, and long‑term partnership opportunities.
- Acting as a hands‑on, engaged leader. Joining key customer conversations where needed.
- A strong SaaS background with experience scaling or maturing multi‑platform account teams.
- Proven experience delivering land‑and‑expand models and customer growth strategies.
- Someone who has built or improved Customer Journey Mapping frameworks.
- A people‑first leader with exceptional coaching capability and a hands‑on style.
- A track record of bringing structure, process, and commercial discipline into a CSM or strategic account function.
- A collaborative operator who enjoys working closely with customers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience building proactive CSM teams and strategic account programmes.
