Fantastic property industry opportunity! Lead and grow a high-performing estate agency sales team in Peckham, winning instructions, increasing market share, mentoring staff, and delivering consistent residential sales results and customer service excellence.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager / Director to lead a busy residential sales office in Peckham, South East London. This role suits a confident valuer and team leader who can win instructions, develop staff, and increase office performance.

You will be joining a respected independent Sales and Lettings agency that values professionalism, results, and customer care.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing the residential sales team
  • Carrying out market appraisals and property valuations
  • Winning new instructions and securing new business opportunities
  • Increasing market share across Peckham and surrounding areas
  • Setting and monitoring individual and team sales targets
  • Coaching staff to improve conversion and closing ratios
  • Maintaining exceptional client service standards
  • Working closely with senior leadership on growth strategy
  • Ensuring compliance and best practice across sales operations
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Extensive residential sales and listing/valuation experience.
