This is a leading luxury lifestyle restaurant group renowned for exceptional guest experiences, iconic venues, and outstanding food and beverage. As they continue their journey of excellence and success, they are seeking an accomplished Head of Sales & Events to lead and elevate their commercial performance across a multi-site operation.
The RoleReporting to senior leadership, the Head of Sales & Events will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales, events, and partnerships while leading a small, high-performing team of Sales Managers. You will work in close collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and senior stakeholders to ensure a seamless and commercially focused approach across all venues.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Managers across multiple sites
Develop and execute a group-wide sales and events strategy aligned with brand positioning
Drive revenue growth across corporate bookings, private dining, events, and partnerships
Work closely with Operations teams to ensure flawless delivery of events and guest experiences
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and luxury partners
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of sales and events performance
Identify new market opportunities and innovative revenue streams
Ensure consistent standards, processes, and brand representation across all sites
Proven experience in a senior sales and events role within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium F&B
Strong leadership experience managing and developing small, high-impact teams
Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and hands‑on approach
Experienced in working closely with operational teams in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment
Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills
Highly organised, results‑driven, and detail‑focused
Passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
