Senior Environmental Manager

I am working with a market-leading and rapidly growing provider of innovative power solutions to data centres and major organisations across the UK and Europe is seeking a Senior Environmental Manager to join its expanding Sustainability team.

This is a senior, hands‑on strategic and operational position responsible for leading environmental performance improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing environmental reporting across multiple operational and project sites.

• Lead the environmental strategy, including Net Zero delivery, emissions reduction and biodiversity initiatives.
• Manage and enhance the ISO 14001 EMS, ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations (including ESOS and SECR).
• Oversee environmental reporting, including Sustainability reporting, SECR and Scope 1–3 emissions.
• 5+ years’ experience in environmental management, compliance and ESG reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ESOS, SECR and Scope 1–3 emissions.
• Experience in embodied carbon reporting, carbon accounting and lifecycle analysis.
• Good understanding of UK and EU environmental regulations, including CSRD and CSDDD.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
