Job Title: Associate Director – Commercial Fit Out

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join the London Fit Out team. The position will focus on the delivery of commercial fit out projects spanning corporate workplaces, retail environments and hospitality schemes, many of which contribute to London’s most recognisable developments.

You will take full ownership of project delivery, operate as a senior client lead, and support the continued development and growth of the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial fit out projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing long-term relationships
• Provide leadership to internal teams and external consultants
• Oversee projects across all RIBA stages
• Administer JCT contracts and manage commercial risk
• Support business development and contribute to team growth

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ experience within the built environment
• Demonstrated track record delivering commercial fit out projects
• Consultancy background is essential
• Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts
• Experience across all RIBA stages
