Location: London-based, on site 3 days per week

My client is seeking a high-impact Interim Professional Services Category Manager to take immediate ownership of indirect, FM, and global regional spend categories. This is a hands-on, delivery-led assignment where you’ll be brought in to drive results quickly, simplify a complex supply base, and strengthen commercial control.

• Take full ownership of professional services, FM, and global regional spend from day one
• Lead high-value sourcing and negotiations to deliver rapid, tangible savings
• Rationalise suppliers and increase adoption of preferred frameworks
• Align regional activity to global strategies, reducing duplication and inefficiency
• Act as a confident commercial partner to senior stakeholders and key suppliers

• Proven delivery experience in interim category management or buying roles
• Strong track record across indirect services and FM procurement
• Confident negotiator able to challenge, influence, and land outcomes
• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-site, matrix environments
• Commercial, pragmatic, and able to create momentum quickly
