Company Description

Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money.
Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.
For everyone, everywhere.

At Wise we believe that people who are closest to risks are the best placed to identify and address these. We’re looking for a Fin Crime Product Compliance Senior Manager to support our Wise Platform Product team as they launch and scale Wise Platform globally.

Wise Platform is our product for other financial institutions or businesses that need access to payments to run their businesses and support their customers.

Your primary focus will be to help develop scalable processes to identify and effectively manage financial crime risks across a range of existing and new product types, markets and integrations globally. You will also have exposure to business development conversations - ensuring we remain compliant, while unlocking growth.

Your mission:

Collaborate with product teams to define controls and interpret regulation to ensure all new Wise Platform products globally have the right financial crime controls.

Keep an eye on emerging typologies and regulatory requirements around the world and implement changes as necessary. You will have the support of the 2

LOD to identify new regulatory requirements.

Understand Wise Fin Crime controls and be comfortable working with both the Wise Platform team and our Global Fin Crime product teams to make any necessary changes.

Communicate with our partners about our compliance program and expectations. Be able to empathise and incorporate feedback into our internal processes as required.

Be able to identify challenges to our regulatory permissions and work to unlock growth through new licences as required.

Additional Information

For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive.

We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences.
Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
