Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support Inclusion Groups, ensuring diverse voices shape our culture and decision-making.
  • Own the planning and delivery of the Pizza Panel, representing team member insights that guide business improvements.
  • Manage the Let's Listen feedback survey lifecycle-design, launch, analysis and communication-to embed a culture of continuous listening
  • Own our recognition strategy, ensuring it reflects Fun, Community and One Team
  • Support cultural initiatives that strengthen a sense of belonging and build community across restaurants and Restaurant Support.
  • Lead the annual DEIB calendar, ensuring key cultural moments are celebrated with relevance and authenticity.
  • Build and deliver the overarching EVP, Wellbeing and Culture strategy for the business.
  • Work closely with People, Marketing, Communications, Operations and external specialists to align activity and amplify impact.
  • Act as a connector between Restaurant Support and operators, bringing clarity, simplicity and meaningful engagement to all initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality, people experience, engagement, wellbeing or culture-focused roles.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to bring people together as One Team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Passion for inclusion, wellbeing and creating a sense of community.
