About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Program or Project Manager to lead a team of Implementation Consultants who will work alongside our Sales and Customer Success leadership teams. This leader will help us evolve our Implementation methodologies into a set of differentiated multi-product offerings for our growing customer base. Using their depth of knowledge about the overall marketing technology ecosystem, this leader will be able to quickly become a master of the Attentive product suite and set an example for how we onboard our biggest customers to date.

Using forecasting and project management tools, this leader will gather insights and promote transparency into our performance as a key step in the customer lifecycle between Sales and CS. In this role, the Manager of Implementation will get comfortable defining new processes that work for a broad customer base and will provide coaching in high stakes customer engagements.

What You'll Accomplish
  • Act as a player-coach, leading by example in successfully launching & deploying newly sold customers while developing the team’s skills across every phase of onboarding: from running smooth Sales-to-Services handoffs and leading confident kickoff calls to troubleshooting technical blockers and holding customers accountable for deliverables and timelines
  • Partner closely with the Sales organization to ensure that deals are scoped, staffed, and launched according to plan; aligning on expectations pre-sale, validating readiness at close, and maintaining transparent communication around launch timelines and progress post-sale
  • Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants responsible for rapidly and successfully launching new customers, running trials, and ensuring a seamless transition to the appropriate Customer Success teams
  • Serve as a bridge between Sales, Customer Success, and Services leadership, ensuring launch capacity and prioritization align with pipeline velocity and revenue targets. Regularly communicate launch readiness, team bandwidth, and any risks or dependencies impacting deal activation
  • Gather and report insights across the customer lifecycle, surfacing metrics such as time-to-launch, customer readiness, and launch throughput to Sales and CS leadership on a consistent cadence, using data to inform resourcing and deal pacing decisions
  • Lead new coaching and enablement initiatives for the Implementation team, raising the bar on delivery quality and customer experience while maintaining launch speed and efficiency
  • Collaborate daily with Sales and CS leadership to support the needs of a fast-scaling organization, ensuring that commitments made during the sales cycle are met with operational precision and that our largest deals get to value on time
Your Expertise
  • 3 - 5 years of high-performing experience in implementing ecommerce and/or marketing saas technology
  • 1 - 3 years of experience managing Implementation teams or demonstrated leadership and/or coaching experience
