As a Director – Org Design & Op Model on our Topic Activation path, BCG Vantage within BCG's POP Practice Area, you will be a key contributor towards the strategic agenda for the Sector/Topic. You will grow and deploy a team of 4+ Sector/Topic experts to provide value added support to the business and be responsible for team’s performance across all KPIs (case billability, quality, content creation, etc.).

You will also take ownership for the team's development and career progression.

Additionally, you will directly contribute to cases, proposals, client workshops based upon your own extensive experience in the domain. You will support SATT & Conferences, presenting expertise in meetings & conferences.

Org Design & Op Model (OD&OM) is one of BCG’s largest functional offerings and as such, spans topics that include:
Operating Model design & implementation (including AI-first organization design), support function excellence, and org design implementation  Director – OD&OM position will be expected to bring expertise in at least one of these domains, and will play a role in supporting the complete topic suite. The OD&OM topic is home to several BCG tools – including Org Builder – and the Director role will also contribute to tool strategy and operational deployment to case teams and clients.

• Leading problem solving and solutioning for clients and driving towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context
• Leading development and commercialization of knowledge and assets e.g. tools, OD&OM materials, across all sub-topics as indicated above
• Engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expert presence and credibility
• Leading projects in a highly effective manner, mobilizing team to deliver on business priorities and commercial impact
• Acting as a highly effective coach and mentor, guiding team members to achieve goals efficiently and effectively
• Working in an ever changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment

• 7+ years consulting experience in relevant Org Design & Op Model topics required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
• In lieu of consulting experience, 8+ years minimum industry experience required; 12-14+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Specialization in Org Design & Op Model
• Fluency in English
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
