, this strategic hire will be pivotal for them doubling HC & revenue across 2026

In this role, you will inherit a high performing office of 10
, focusing on the below.

• Growth – strategy here set to be agreed upon starting
• Market expansion – identifying key market opportunities to invest into is key
• Revenue generation – all of their team contributes to the businesses performance

• Share options - joining at this point in their journey is going to be EXTREMELY valuable
• Reporting directly into / working closely with the Founder
• Inheriting an already developed leadership infrastructure

• An SLT with proven track records of billing £1M+ YOY
• Equity options with strong wealth creation opportunity
• A firm who have gone from ground zero to 25-heads in TWO YEARS

• Proven track record of team development & growth in high AOV markets
• A hands-on leader who is committed to revenue contribution
• Ideally experience of team leadership across contract & perm teams
