You will be working in the Building Operating Unit where we are responsible for the project delivery of a prestigious London office project.

We are currently looking for a Façade Project Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

As the Façade Project Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate façade site activities and interfaces to ensure on‑programme delivery.
  • Lead design and progress meetings; record minutes and drive actions to completion.
  • Review and approve technical documentation (drawings, reports, RFIs, SSOWs, risk assessments).
  • Partner with the Quantity Surveyor to control package costs and budget.
  • Liaise daily with design and specialist contractors on design, production and installation.
  • Conduct off-site and on-site inspections, testing and benchmarking; report quality and status.
Qualifications
  • Expert in façade engineering: detailing, testing, production and installation.
  • Proven history of delivering façade packages on time and on budget.
  • Strong project and site management skills.
  • Regularly conduct factory visits (incl. overseas), quality inspections and reporting.
  • Relevant engineering/construction qualification and demonstrated competency.
