We are currently looking for a project manager for one of the leading main contractors within the UK. They have recently won some new projects in the west London area and as a result are looking at expanding their operational team.

They work across all areas of main contracting but the part of the business this will be working on is education and healthcare and is essential that you have work experience in these fields. You should be commercially astute and will be working alongside a QS ensuring that the project is running within budget and experience of having site managers reporting into you.

You will need to be meeting with the design team and liaising with the client, architects and engineers to iron out any potential site problems they occur and ensure the project is finished within agreed timescales.

Requirements:

To have worked for a main contractor before.

Been responsible for projects ranging between £7-20M.

To have project managed within education and healthcare projects.

Ran large site teams in client facing roles.
