Exciting opportunity for a Studio Manager to join a boutique interior design studio based in London. Specialising in classic-contemporary design for private residences and bespoke commercial projects.

GENERAL

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Studio Operations & Administration:
  Oversee day-to-day studio management and operations
• Answer calls and support general administration tasks
• Client management
• Maintain office facilities, safety compliance, and supplies
• Handle tech contracts and basic troubleshooting
• Lead planning of annual events (e.g., holiday parties)
• Coordinate staff travel and team events
• Diary management
• Client & project Management:
  Prioritise, monitor and respond to leads and enquiries
• Weekly planning across projects
• Management of project documentation
• Lead time management
• Procurement
• Coordinating diaries and appointments
• Team & Culture:
  Manage gifting for clients and colleagues
• Coordinate staff travel and team events
• Manage invoicing, payments and bookkeeping
• Process VAT returns and tax payments
• Prepare income and workload projections
