The Role

The Solutions Director is a senior leadership role within Levy's Growth function, responsible for shaping high-quality, strategically aligned commercial solutions and proposals.

This is not a traditional sales role. The focus is on solution design, commercial rigour and governance - ensuring every proposal taken to market is operationally credible, financially robust and aligned to Levy's growth strategy.

You will:

  • Lead the development of complex, multi-disciplinary solutions and proposals
  • Ensure solutions are innovative, deliverable and commercially sound
  • Translate operational and technical input into compelling commercial narratives
  • Set clear solution strategies, value propositions and win themes
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, People, Marketing, Technology and Creative teams
  • Act as a bridge between Growth and Delivery to ensure smooth mobilisation
  • Provide senior challenge and direction across the growth pipeline
  • Present solutions and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Drive best practice, consistency and quality across solution design
What You Will Bring Experience
  • Senior leadership experience in growth, commercial, strategy, operations or consultancy roles
  • Proven track record of shaping complex commercial solutions and proposals
  • Experience working in large, service-led or hospitality-led environments

    Strong exposure to multi-disciplinary and matrix teams
