We’re on the hunt for a Regional Manager to lead and energise a talented team of Omnichannel Territory Managers (OTMs), Omnichannel Merchandisers (OMs), and Promoters. You’ll drive performance, champion Samsung’s mobile retail strategy, and deliver outstanding results across your region. This role is for someone who leads from the front, coaching in the field, delivering clear vision in team meetings, and living our ETHIC values every step of the way.
WhatYoull Be Up ToBRAND IDENTITY & EXECUTION
Implement a consistent, best-in-class brand experience across retail and operator channels. Partner with stakeholders to host VIP visits across high-profile locations.
LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT- Host impactful monthly regional meetings
- Inspire and coach your team to meet goals, grow their careers, and shine in their roles
- Use talent mapping to plan for succession and internal development
- Own KPIs and drive sell‑out across all Samsung product categories
- Deliver seamless new product launches and maximise commercial budgets
- Build strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders
- Be the bridge that ensures your region runs like a well‑oiled machine
- Ensure compliance, reporting, and insight‑sharing is on point, every time
- Use market intelligence to inform decisions and gain a competitive edge
- Dive into data to track performance and shape regional strategy
- Showcase ROI, monitor key metrics weekly, and push for continuous improvement
- You’re experienced in leading field‑based retail teams with a proven track record
- You’re dynamic, able to thrive in fast‑paced, multi‑site environments
- You’re able to drive results, develop high‑performing teams, and champion brand excellence
- You’re commercially savvy, data‑driven, and obsessed with return on investment
- You’re a natural communicator great at building strong relationships at all levels
- You hold a full UK driving licence
- Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Per Annum
