We’re looking for an experienced, strategic and conscientious Account Director with great people skills, who is keen to build a career in a friendly, fun and dynamic agency.
For this brand‑new client, you will lead the strategic and creative development of always‑on B2C deliverables, as well as work closely with the Senior Account Director on the development of a new Brand Platform and larger campaigns. You will collaborate with planning, creative, social and production teams to create impactful and category‑defining TTL campaigns for a well‑known British institution.
Responsibilities- Client Leadership:
Lead the day‑to‑day management of key campaigns, acting as a senior point of contact and building strong, trusted relationships with key clients. Drive and lead meetings with both internal and external senior stakeholders, defining a clear agenda and presenting confidently. - Campaign Development:
Create compelling, audience‑first communications and oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns. - Cross‑Agency
Collaboration:
Work closely with planning, creative, production, B2B and social teams at TMW Unlimited as well as with the client’s incumbent media agency. - Project & Process Management:
Work with the Project Director to manage creative development processes, timelines, approvals and delivery across multiple work streams—ensuring quality, accuracy and efficiency throughout. - Commercial Oversight:
Own budgets, performance tracking and financial forecast for your campaigns; contribute to revenue growth and long‑term client satisfaction. - Team Leadership & Growth:
Line manage an Account Manager while also being an active member of the wider Client Services department.
- Proven Experience:
Track record of managing key accounts and client relationships, with relevant experience in multi‑channel TTL campaigns. - Strategic Insight:
Ability to work with data and develop strategic insights to create impactful, audience‑focused ideas. - Stakeholder Management:
Strong interpersonal skills, confident managing senior clients and internal teams. - Project Management:
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality work on time and on budget. - Integrated Campaigns:
Expertise in leading creative and social strategies across multiple channels. - Leadership:
Proven ability to inspire, lead and mentor teams to achieve outstanding results. - Problem‑Solving:
Resourceful and solution‑oriented, able to overcome challenges and drive success under pressure with a positive attitude. - Strong Communication
Skills:
Calm, clear and confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams, clients and partners. - Detail‑Oriented:
Keen eye for detail ensuring consistent levels of excellence.
