As Strategy Manager, you will help define and execute the UKI three-year strategic roadmap. Acting as a trusted advisor to the UKI and European Leadership Teams, you will lead major strategic projects that influence where the business competes and how it wins.

Your work will involve deep data analysis, external benchmarking, and structured stakeholder interviews, transforming complex findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations. Projects span brand strategy, revenue growth, food service expansion, value engineering, and channel execution. • Develop and refine the UKI long-term strategic plan
• Define priority segments, channels, and consumer demand spaces
• Identify key growth initiatives across innovation, communication, and revenue management
• Lead large-scale strategic projects aligned with business growth objectives
• Conduct data-driven analysis and external benchmarking
• Simplify complex insights into clear executive-level recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and operations teams
• Present strategic findings to senior leadership stakeholders

• 3+ years in strategy consulting or 5+ years in an in-house strategy role
• Background in a major Strategy Consultancy or FMCG strategy function
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience working with imperfect data sets
• Proven ability to simplify complex business problems
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews
• Confidence in presenting to senior leadership
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional engagement skills
