Youwillleadahigh‑performing team,collaborateacrossinternalpillars,andrepresenttheorganisationatthemostseniorlevels.
- Lead the strategy, development and delivery of support for members working in business.
- Build and manage relationships with senior industry stakeholders, including Chairs, C‑suite and Non‑Executives across major UK companies.
- Oversee technical policy, thought leadership and member guidance across Corporate Reporting, Financial Services and Governance & Ethics.
- Establish channels to gather insight from business members to inform public policy.
- Work closely with regional, international and commercial teams to ensure aligned member support and identify reputational risks.
- Inspire and lead a high‑performing team, champion inclusion and continuous learning.
- Extensive senior leadership experience within a membership body, professional services firm or business support environment.
- Strong track record in developing strategic value propositions and member engagement programmes.
- Deep experience in technical policy and thought leadership across Corporate Reporting, Governance and Ethics.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, including FTSE‑level executives.
- Commercially astute, collaborative and confident operating across complex organisational structures.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent professional qualification essential.
