- Key Responsibilities

* Lead multiple high-end residential and mixed-use developments from pre-contract to final account

* Oversee and mentor cost management teams, ensuring delivery excellence

* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships at a senior level

* Drive business development and contribute to strategic planning

* Deliver commercial advice and risk management strategies

* Collaborate closely with directors on team growth, recruitment, and business initiatives

Associate Director - Candidate Requirements

* MRICS qualified with 7+ years' consultancy experience

* Proven track record delivering high-value residential or mixed-use projects in London

* Strong leadership and client-facing skills

* Experience managing teams and mentoring junior QSs

* A commercial mindset with a drive to grow a business unit

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
